New and used shipping containers for sale and hire on the Gold Coast, from the Yatala and Nerang industrial estates to canal-side homes and the hinterland behind them.
We deliver across the Gold Coast, from Yatala's industrial estates to hinterland properties in Tamborine and Canungra.
Areas we service around Gold Coast: Southport, Yatala, Nerang, Robina, Coomera, Tamborine — and everywhere between. Not listed? Ask us — we go further than you'd think.

The industrial north. Yatala, Ormeau and Coomera sit right on the M1 with wide estate roads and concrete hardstand. These are the simplest drops we do: a sidelifter sets a 40ft container beside the shed and is gone again. Businesses here mostly buy — stock overflow, racking space, a lockable tool store for a fit-out crew.
The coastal strip. From Southport down through Robina and the canal estates, blocks are tight, driveways are short and body corporate or council rules can apply. A 20ft on short-term hire during a renovation is the usual job, and where even that will not fit, a 10ft often will. Ask your body corporate before you book; it is a quicker conversation than moving a container twice.
The hinterland. Tamborine Mountain, Canungra and the valleys behind Nerang are acreage country at the end of steep, winding roads. The container is rarely the problem — the last 200 metres of driveway is. Tight bends, a steep concrete strip or a causeway can rule out a long truck, so tell us about the driveway as well as the address. Our delivery page has the clearances the truck needs.
Shipping containers are built from weathering steel and painted for years at sea, so they cope with coastal air far better than a garden shed. Within a few streets of the beach, though, surface rust on a used box will keep creeping unless you treat and touch up chips as they appear. If the container will sit where you look at it every day, a new single-trip unit starts with a full factory paint system and is the lower-maintenance choice. Tucked behind a workshop in Nerang, a used cargo-worthy container does the same job for less.
Hire suits anything with an end date: a renovation, a shop refit, a gap between settlements. Buy when the need is permanent — once you would be hiring for a couple of years, owning usually works out cheaper, and a container holds resale value if you look after it.
Between the Logan River and Helensvale, the Gold Coast has been filling with new suburbs for years — Pimpama, Coomera, Upper Coomera, Ormeau Hills. New-estate blocks are small, streets are narrow and footpaths and nature strips are often freshly turfed, which a loaded tilt-tray will mark if it has to run over them. Owner-builders and families moving in are the main customers here, mostly on hire for the length of the build or the move. Check your estate covenant too; many restrict what can sit in view of the street after handover.
Beenleigh and Yatala sit at the top of the corridor. Businesses in the Yatala and Stapylton estates are mostly buyers, and they have the hardstand for a 40ft.
Construction along the coastal strip — Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Burleigh — often has no room on the lot for a site container. If it has to sit on the footpath or in the road, that is road reserve, and City of Gold Coast generally requires a permit for it. Sort that before booking; we will deliver to where you are allowed to put it. Down south at Palm Beach, Currumbin and Coolangatta the blocks are older and small, and a 10ft is often the only size that fits beside the house.
Behind the southern suburbs, the Currumbin and Tallebudgera valleys and the road up to Springbrook are acreage country on narrow, winding roads, with creek crossings and steep driveways. Those deliveries are about route and turning room more than the container, so we ask for photos first. West of Nerang, the country around Canungra opens out and access is usually easier.

Yes, subject to the road in and your driveway. The mountain roads are steep and winding, so we match the truck to the route. Tell us which side you are on and send a photo of the driveway entrance and we will confirm what is possible.
Sometimes. The limits are driveway length, side clearance and any body corporate or covenant rules. A 10ft container solves many of the space problems; approvals are something to check with your body corporate and City of Gold Coast before delivery.
Any steel near salt air needs a little upkeep. Used cargo-worthy containers arrive with some surface rust already, which is cosmetic. Wire-brush and paint chips as they appear and the box will outlast most sheds. New single-trip units need the least attention.
Only with permission. Footpaths and roads are road reserve, and council generally requires a permit for placing a container there. Check with City of Gold Coast first, then tell us exactly where it is allowed to go.
Yes. The northern growth corridor is well within our delivery area. New-estate streets can be narrow, so tell us about parked cars, fresh turf and anything overhead at the drop spot.
